How do I book my free consultation?
You can contact us in a variety of ways through email, text or by our website contact form. We will respond to you in a timely manner and arrange a time that fits around your schedule. We can even visit in the evenings when you are home from work.
Who will walk my dog?
We are a small team of five walkers and trainers all of who are fully qualified and trained in dog behaviour. We always try to pair your dog with their regular walker based on bookings and logistics. Your dog walker will give you a friendly welcome call to introduce themselves so you always know that your pooch is in the best hands
How do I book my walks?
We ask all owners to let us know by 6pm on a Friday what walks and days they need for the following week. This gives us enough time to arrange our walking schedules and to make sure that your dog can have the most fun with their doggy pals on their adventures with us.

How will I know my dog has been walked?
During and after every walk we will send you 'pupdates' which includes pictures, videos and messages to make sure your mind is completely at ease during your day. Each dog will have its own WhatsApp group chat which all parties can use for communication
Are you insured?
We are fully insured through PetPlan Sanctuary. This includes key cover. A copy of our insurance can be shown on the initial consultation.
What do I do if I need to cancel?
Please contact us by phone or email giving us at least 24 hours notice. This will ensure we can use your space for another lucky pooch!
What do you do in the case of an emergency?
In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will immediately call and notify you. In the initial consultation we will ensure we have all of the family details including the vet that you are registered with. If veterinary assistance is needed we will take your dog to your vet with your permission.
What security measures do you have?
Your key will be kept secure and away from any personal information and no key can be identified to a property. In the event of your key being lost we will contact you immediately. Your personal data will never be sold or discussed with any 3rd parties in accordance to the Data Protection Act
I only require occasional walks for my dog,not every week or every day, can you help?
We are happy to accommodate all dogs providing we have diary availability. Please ensure you give us as much notice as possible
My dog is aggressive and has to wear a muzzle, can you walk him?
We cannot take any dogs of an aggressive nature due to our group walks being based on socialisation and all dogs must get on well together
Do you do pet sitting and doggy day care?
We don't currently offer this service but this is something we are looking to do in the future
Do your services cater for all dog breeds?
We take all dogs based on their own merit and not the breed. We meet all new dogs before their first walk and each new dog is subject to a trial period. We reserve the right to refuse to walk any dog of an aggressive nature
How do I pay for my walks?
You will be sent an official Fetch invoice on the last day of each month. Payment can be made through bank transfer.
Do you take bitches in season?
No. It is Fetch's policy to never take a bitch which is in season
Where do you walk?
We always take your dog to the best locations including woodland, parks, meadows etc. We always walk close to your home to ensure the time is used effectively for the walk and not spent in the vehicle. All walks are one hour in duration.
How many dogs are walked at any one time?
Fetch believes that dogs have so much more fun if they can play and interact with other dogs. Our groups are kept small with groups of up to five dogs. Groups are carefully selected based on age, temperament, sex and personality. This can all be discussed with the owner beforehand
